1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders placed online prior to 12pm, Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. We do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Aquati Ltd offers free delivery to UK mainland on all orders, without minimum order amount.
Postage charges may apply for Highlands and Islands locations.
Free delivery usually takes 2-4 days, but may take up to 7 days.
Express delivery is available from £14.99 depending on size/type of item.
Express delivery orders placed online prior to 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same working day. This is a next day delivery service, and most orders will arrive the next working day, however in rare occasions it may take up to 2 working days for your order to arrive.

 If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to

correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have

provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are

subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Aquati Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states

that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact us, courier company and report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Aquati Ltd allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that

the item (s) should be returned unused.
