DELIVERY & RETURNS

Aquati offers free delivery to UK all customers on all orders, without minimum order amount.

 

UK Delivery

Free Economy Delivery - usually 2-3 days, but can take up to 7 days

Express Delivery - usually 1-2 days - FROM £7, depending on the size/type of item

Economy delivery orders will be shipped using courier depending on the size of the items.

Express Delivery orders will be shipped using next day delivery service, depending on the size of the items ordered. This is a 24-hour service, and most orders will arrive the next working day, however in rare occasions it may take up to 2 working days for your order to arrive.

 

Dispatch Times

Orders placed online or by telephone prior to 10:00 Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. We do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends of bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

You will receive an order dispatch confirmation via email and that will include tracking details for your package. This tracking number can be used to track the parcel on the appropriate courier website.

 

30-days Returns

Aquati offers returns for all products purchased from us within 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be unused.

Please contact us prior to returning your item or submit an online return request.

Please include your full name and address and order number (if available) inside the parcel, so we can easily identify the sender.

We will let you know once we receive your item and we will submit a full refund to the payment method used originally to make the order. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be visible in your account.

You will have to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you use tracked shipping to ensure returned items arrive safely. If you wish to replace an incorrectly ordered item, follow the returns procedure described above and order replacement item normally.

 

Guarantee

Aquati provides a 24 months standard guarantee against manufacturing faults for filtration systems purchased from us. If you purchase a filtration system, you will be also offered the option for purchasing extended (up to 5 years) guarantee at the checkout.

If you are experiencing problems with your item, please get in touch, as many issues can be resolved easily without the need for returning the item. Please tell us as much as possible about the issue, so we can diagnose the problem correctly and provide a solution.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may ask you to send the item back to us for repair or replacement. We will cover the cost of such shipping.
